• The installation of unitized façade with natural stone on 3-8 floors of Administrative building has been completed in full on the facades facing Degtyarny pereulok and along Moiseenko St; unitized façade is currently under installation on the façade facing Novgorodskaya Str. and on the Main façade the natural stone columns are being mounted.
• Glazing of the drum area of Administrative building courtyards is 95% completed, the installation of mullion-transom façade on 1-2 floors has been started up.
• the Dome the installation of aluminium framework for glass has been commenced
• On all 4 facades of Business Center-2 the installation of ventilated façade with natural stone is going ahead; the insulation has been fixed in full on the roof engineering floor and the installation of louvers is going on.
• On Business Center-3 the installation of ventilated façade with natural stone and double skin glazing on 3-10 floors and columns of the Gallery has been completed.

Multifunctional residential area with Trud stadium restore on Mytnaya Str, Moscow with the total area of 61 000 sq m

• On the balcony area of bldg 2 installation of ventilated facade has been completed in full scope, the installation of balcony railing is currently running;
• The mullion-transom framework is being installed on bld1;
• on bld 6 mullion transom façade with glass infill has been completed on areas 2.4,1.5,1.3,1.2, going ahead on area 2.5 in axes А15-А2 and on basement floor in axes A2-A15; the glass units and ferroconcrete panels have been mounted on the entrance area of basement floor; the fixing of operable openings on areas 1.1,2.1,2.3,1.4. The installation of pressure plate and decorative cap has been 90% completed, the installation of fire rated spandrel panels is currently running. Installation of parapet coping has been 80% executed; the tracks for BMU are being mounted.

Eurasia Tower, plot 12 Moscow-City MIBC, Moscow, with the total area of 74 000 sq m

• The installation of unitized transparent façade is going ahead on the “tooth” area, projecting area of the tower;
• On 49th floor the mounting of steel outrigger beams has been completed and installation of unitized façade has been commenced; the steel framework is currently being mounted on 51st floor;
• As of today the steel beams mounting has been completed on the 1st floor of the top part and mullion transom framing is going ahead;
• On the Gallery installation of mullion-transom facade is under completion, fixing of insulation and glass units is going ahead.
• On the Podium area the ventilated façade and mullion-transom skylight are being installed.

The Knightsbridge Private Park de lux residential complex located at 16 Kooperativnaya Str, Moscow with approx natural stone facade cladding over 50.000 sqm

On 26th July 2013 the presentation of façade mock-up with natural stone cladding took place at one of Velko Group production premises in Turin, Italy. The mock up represents turnkey 3-floor high building envelope with cladding panels, basement skirting and decorative parapet elements of natural stone, brick cladding and unique balcony railing. The review has gone with success and resulted in general approval of the stone materials.
