• In March 2014 VELKO-2000 LLC has entered into a contract with Codest Engineering Srl on design, supply and installation of facades for two buildings of Hyatt Regency Moscow, Petrovsky Park Hotel. The subcontract package includes execution of transparent façades, transparent bridge in-between two buildings and natural stone cladding;
• On 26th March 2014 the presentation of the façade mock-up, produced and installed by VELKO, took place on site, whereon the main technical solutions and materials have been defined and approved.

Crown structure on Evolution Tower, Moscow-City MIBC, plot 2-3

• Renaissance Construction CJSC and VELKO-2000 LLC has signed the contract on design, supply and installation of roof structures on Evolution Tower, notably: crown and balustrade steel structure (140 ton), parapet and corner aluminium sheathing (824 m2) with steel support (50 ton) and perforated aluminium sheathing of helipad (1800 m2).

Dolphinarium building located at Prospekt Mira 119, Moscow with facade total area of 13 000 m2

• VELKO-2000 LLC has been subcontracted for design, supply and installation of transparent envelope on new Moscow dolphinarium building. Apart from glazed facades the scope of works contains the composite cladding of the waved canopy around and ceramic basement skirting.

Zaryadie exhibition pavilion, located at Varvarka Str. 6, Moscow

• The steel bearing structure has been installed in full;
• The installation of aluminium framing and glass on the envelope, dome structure and interior walling with perforated aluminium QR-panels has been completed;
• The mounting of rough Knauf GFB flooring is currently in progress.

Nevskaya Ratusha administrative and public center with underground parking, Saint-Petersburg, Russia with the total area of 100 736 sq m

• The application of fireproof and protective coating on the Terrace metal framing is going ahead;
• The installation of floor and parapet glass units of the Terrace has been commenced;
• On all 4 facades of Business Center-2 the installation of decorative caps and pressure plates is under completion as well as the installation of louvers on the roof tech floor;
• Courtyard area of Business Cennter-2: the natural stone cladding on the elevator shaft has been 80% completed; installation of decorative caps, pressure plates, upper cornice and basement is running;
• The underneath cladding on Business Center-2 Gallery ceiling;
• Upon the preparation to deliver the full package of façade works on Business Center-to the client is currently executed the final fixing of openings and decorative double skin glass with related accessories and door units hardware.

Eurasia Tower, plot 12 Moscow-City MIBC, Moscow, with the total area of 74 000 sq m

• The final adjustment and commissioning of the GEDA BMU installed on the roof has been completed;
• The installation of outstanding unitized façade elements around the top have been commenced;
• On the Passage area the glass elements are under installation, mounting of ventilated façade with natural stone cladding has been commenced;
• On the Podium the natural stone cladding has been 90% installed;
• On the casino structure the glass units have been mounted in overall, the installation of insulation and metal back sheathing on the opaque area is going ahead.
