VTB Arena Park, buildings 3,4,5 located at Lenigradskiy prospect 36, Moscow with the total façade area of 38 809 m2.

• PKP VELKO-2000 LLC has been contracted for the second phase of construction in relation to façade works for buildings 3,4,5, which implies a commercial part of the project. Following the concept of two first buildings the new ones will be implemented in glass in natural stone cladding.

MEDSI clinic and diagnostic center located at Krasnaya Presnya Str. 16/2, Moscow

• PKP VELKO-2000 LLC entered into a contract with LLC “IFSK ARKS’ for design, manufacture and construction of façade structures. The project implies 8-storey building with 10.000sqm of envelope total area. Transparent part is envisaged to be glazed while the opaque area to be executed in arcitectural precast concrete cladding with decorative tracery elements.

On 6th October 2014 in Turin, Italy, was carried out presentation and inspection of façade mock-up designed and produced by the partner of PKP VELKO-2000 LLC – ST Façade Technology S.r.l. The presentation was attended by representatives from the Client in order to make final amendments and approve design and materials.

• Installation of semi-columns on 1-2 floor area facing Novgorodskaya Str. is under completion;
• On the Novgorodskaya façade entrances’ soffit cladding works have been completed;
• Atrium glazing is under completion;
• Installation of panoramic glass on the central lift shaft has been commenced.
