Nevskaya Ratusha administrative and public center with underground parking, Saint-Petersburg, Russia with the total area of 100 736 sq m

• The installation of aluminium façade with glass infill is running on the 4 courtyard areas of Administrative building; the all twelve main supporting steel beams on the Glass Dome structure of Administrative building have been mounted, and the horizontal frame elements are under welding and fixing into the steel structure.
• The installation works of Lift shaft steel structure have been commenced inside the Main Atrium of Administrative building.
• On the Business Center-2 the installation of alluminium frame structure with glass infill is rapidly going on the courtyard areas, as well as the installation of mullion-transom system on the first and second floor of the building; the fixing of aluminium framework and glass has been started up on the skylight of the building.
• On the Business Center-3 execution of metal shadow boxes and abutting elements is currently under completion and installation of mullion-transom façade has been started on the first and second floor.

• The installation of unitized façade is being completed on the high-rises; the roof parapet coping is in process on building 1 and 3, on building 4 the installation of the coping and spandrel panels is completed in full.
• On the building 6 the spandrel panels have been executed on the 3-5 floor; mullion-transom façade is currently being performed with glass infill; fixing of bracket systems for BMU is going ahead.

• The installation of the unitized transparent façade is under completion on the office area of 52-story main core; the glazing of service access openings has been commenced.

Architect’s Eye Installation on Moscow Design Week 2012

• From 9th to 14th October 2012 the Central House of Artist was holding Moscow Design Week 2012 where SPEECH ARB exhibited their Architect’s Eye installation, much-talked-of item, firstly represented this April at Milan Architecture Exhibition and built as stainless steel sphere with LED-animated video resembled human eye and symbolized architect’s consciousness which perceives the environment, modifies it and reflects further renovated. The design engineering, manufacture, assembly and installation of the sphere were carried out by Velko-2000 together with the partner-companies, Taltos Srl, ST Façade Technology Srl.
